1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items must include all labels, tags, and accessories.

  • Perishable items, opened supplements, or products with broken seals are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@truefettle.com with your order details and reason for return.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank before contacting us.


3. Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange, please email support@truefettle.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear images of the damage.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used supplements.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a promotional offer.

  • Products without original packaging or missing parts.


5. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, if you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, please review the following guidelines:

General Return Policy: TrueFettle does not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise or any products purchased directly from TrueFettle through our Site, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Return Period:
    • The merchandise/product must be received by TrueFettle on mail only at care@truefettle .in  within 2 days after your delivery date. No returns will be accepted after this period. In this, only products that are deemed eligible for return will be accepted. Only damaged products that affect the product inside will be considered; outer box damage will not be taken into account. Additionally, the decision to accept a return will be completely at the company’s discretion.
  2. Unpackaging Video:
    • You must provide a full and complete video of the unpackaging of the product, clearly showing the condition of the item upon receipt. Without unpacking video, no returns shall be entertained.
  3. Order Id Number:
    • You must provide your Purchase Order ID number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
  1. Damaged Products:
  • Only products that are damaged and cause tampering to the product inside will be accepted for return. Damage to the external packaging (box) alone will not be considered valid grounds for return. The company will assess the product to determine if it meets the criteria for a return.

Apparel and Accessories:

  • Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached. These items must also be in the original packaging. If the product arrives damaged, an unpackaging video is mandatory.

Return Authorization Process:

  • Submitting a Query: Submit your return query within 2 days of delivery to care@truefettle .in with all supporting evidence (video, purchase order number, etc.). No other channels will be entertained for return queries.
  • Company Assessment: After analysis, TrueFettle will take the final call on whether to accept the return. The decision will be at the company’s discretion.
  • Return Authorization Number: Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the return process.

Refund Process:

  • All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow 14-21 business days after your package has been received by us to complete your refund process.

Also we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
